APPOINTMENT BOOKING SYSTEM

Please make a note of the following policies:

- We kindly request a minimum of 48-hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

- Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you cancel late or miss your visit, it leaves a gap in the therapist's schedule that could have been filled by another patient. Therefore, we require 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

- We are happy to reschedule your appointment if you contact us before or within the 48-hour time limit, at no charge.

- If you book an appointment for the next day, it falls outside of the 48-hour cancellation period. If you miss the appointment, you will be responsible for paying the full 100% fee of the appointment you booked.

- Prepaid appointments will be transferred to credit to be used at a later date. Missed appointments without notice will be invoiced at the full and minimum 60-minute charge.

- We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, causing you to miss your appointment. In such cases, we reserve the right to exercise discretion. Please give us a call if you are unable to make it.

- Our clinic is currently following all regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone. If you experience any viral symptoms within 48 hours of your appointment, please call us immediately to reschedule. Otherwise, you will not be allowed into the clinical space and will be charged for the full 60 minutes. Thank you for your cooperation.
