If you are dealing with an injury or physical discomfort that requires MSK therapy, your first step is to book an appointment. During this session, you will undergo a comprehensive assessment and work with a therapist to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs and goals for recovery.

Dry needling is a technique that utilizes medical acupuncture needles, similar to those used in acupuncture, to target trigger points on the body's pain map. By doing so, it aims to reduce pain, improve mobility, and aid in the healing process. This method is based on the principles of acupuncture.

We offer a taping system that provides stability and support to the body during the healing process. Our system uses RockTape, but before booking an appointment, a consultation is required.

Whether for injury prevention in sports or support during rehabilitation, there is a system known as Zinc Oxide taping designed to reduce movement in the joint(s).

A wonderful opportunity for patients who require expert musculoskeletal diagnostic  skills provided by Heather- a 40year career Physiotherapist with a reputation for clinical excellence, and continued professional care and support provided by her associate Physiotherapist- Rebecca. This appointment affords the patient a full hour with additional rehabilitation guidance and access to further advice and support, aiding recovery from injury, dysfunction or continued reinforcement medical conditions

This appointment includes all modalities (including taping), telephone and video consulations rehabilitation support and advice at no extra charge.

Massage therapy promotes relaxation and may help ease stress and tension.
