I require a minimum of 48-hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling's. 

I am more that willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are before or within the 48hr time limit, at not charge.

Prepaid appointments will be transferred to credit to be used at a later date. 

Missed appointment without notice will be invoiced at the full  and minimum 60minute charge. 

R J Parker Remedial Therapist holds the right to discretion for any other circumstances that may occur that will cause you to miss your appointment. 

We all experience emergencies and circumstances out of our control, so please call me if this happens to you.

COVID-19 : if you find that you have symptoms that are reported linked to the coronavirus, please call IMMEDIATLY on 07581781652. The appointment is then likely to be rescheduled in a further 14days or when you have been given the 'all clear' by NHS England. 

We are currently running a viral symptom free clinic inline with current regulations and we ask you kindly that if you are feeling unwell within 48hrs of your appointment that you call immediately to reschedule, otherwise you will not be permitted into the clinical space and charged the full 60minutes. Temperatures and symptoms are checked with each patient on arrival at the entrance of the building by each practitioner. See Covid-19 protocols.
