Welcome to my practice. As a Clinical Musculoskeletal (MSK) Therapist, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional physical therapy and holistic care. My mission is to support individuals on their journey to recovery, helping them manage acute or chronic conditions and achieve optimal physical health.
With extensive expertise in soft tissue therapies, I employ advanced modalities such as electrotherapy, dry needling, and manual therapy mobilization to address each client’s unique needs. These targeted techniques are carefully chosen to promote effective recovery, enhance physical function, and provide relief.
In addition to clinical therapies, I offer a range of holistic services, including gentle massage, reflexology, and AromaReflex—a soothing blend of reflexology and essential oils that promotes relaxation and overall well-being. These treatments provide a comprehensive approach to both physical and mental health, helping clients find balance and relief.
Recognizing that many clients come with complex medical histories, I approach each case with the utmost professionalism and compassion. I take time to understand each individual’s needs and design personalized home exercise and rehabilitation programs that promote effective recovery and long-term health. For athletes, I also provide on-site support, including pitch-side match attendance, ensuring continuity of care where it’s needed most.
To deliver truly comprehensive care, I collaborate closely with a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) of fitness and healthcare professionals. This team approach allows me to offer well-rounded, customized support for each person’s unique journey to wellness, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care at every stage.
